EBKC® Certified Pedigrees provide information about each dog in the pedigree going back up four generations. This information includes name, registration number, colours and markings, and if applicable competition titles, and any related health information, including EBKC® DNA information.

American Bully Registration Policy
The EBKC does not accept all dogs for this breed and the EBKC  reserves the right to refuse from registration into the breed. At this time the breed is still in its infancy and the studbooks will remain open for a few more years; however the criterion has become stricter to help preserve the quality, purity and health of the American Bully breed.

IMPORTANT: We DO NOT accept cheques, cash or money orders. IF cheques are sent, your registration will not be processed until payment is made with the required payments methods.

Q: How can we register our dog?

The EBKC offers 3 options to register your Dog.
OPTION 1. Register Your Dog Online

  • Download the registration form by clicking here
  • Fill out the form completely. Make sure the form is fully completed with legible writing. The EBKC Office is not responsible for errors due to unclear handwriting.
  • A copy of the certificate showing ownership and your pedigree certificate (4 generations) for verification of lineage and ownership. A front and side view picture of the dog must accompany your pedigree.
  • A copy of your National ID Card  / Driver’s License / Passport
  • Send fee of €30.00 per dog. (IBAN or PAYPAL)
  • Mail into the office.
  • Processing time once EBKC receives the paperwork is 2-3 weeks
  • DO NOT send in original paperwork. Do not send in blurry or small images

Q. Does the EBKC offer priority service?
Yes. The EBKC offers two options for priority service.

For “OFFICE RUSH” service, your paperwork is processed within 3-5 working days once received in the office. This option is mailed with registered mail via Malta Post Service. (This DOES NOT expedite the mailing time). OFFICE  RUSH service costs €20 additional per item.

For “EXPRESS COURIER” service, your paperwork is processed within 3-5 days and mailed via  TNT FEDEX EXPRESS, usually 1-2 service days based on postal service. The cost of EXPRESS COURIER is €60 .

Please write, in large letters, “OFFICE RUSH” or “RUSH EXPRESS ” across both your envelope and paperwork, if you choose either option.

PLEASE NOTE RUSH ITEMS MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE.

Q. What if I have not received my registration paperwork yet?
A. The EBKC Registrations Office will need to allow a full 30 days from the date we mail a customer’s registration paperwork to allow the post office time to deliver the work or return it to us through our Return Mail. If after 30 days from sending the customer has not received the paperwork, The customer must fill in the Request for Duplicate Registration .

One must select the drop-down selection under ‘Reason for Request’ – ‘Lost in the mail, never received‘. Once having the form submitted, the customer is notified with a Case Number. That Case number can be used as a reference when contacting the EBKC.

Once the request is verified, replacement papers will be sent free of charge. The request for Duplicate Registration must be received by our office within two months of the date the office originally issued the customer’s paperwork.

The EBKC Registrations Office will not issue duplicate papers free of charge for paperwork lost in the mail if the request for duplicate papers is received in our office more 2 months after the papers were originally mailed. Before 30 days or after two months from the original date of mailing, all appropriate registration fees will apply.
